- Acceptance of Terms By visiting orlandonon-toxicsafecleaners.com, requesting a quote, booking, or receiving services from Orlando Non-Toxic Safe Cleaners LLC (“Orlando Non-Toxic Safe Cleaners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
- Services and Service Area
- We provide residential and light commercial cleaning in the greater Orlando, Florida area. Service availability may vary by location and schedule.
- We may use our own employees and/or vetted independent contractors to perform services.
3. Estimates, Pricing, and Scope
- Quotes are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide and typical conditions. The final price may change if the scope, condition, or access differs from what was described.
- Standard services exclude: heavy clutter/hoarding remediation, pest infestations, biohazards, mold remediation, exterior windows beyond safe reach, high/unsafe ladder work, and tasks prohibited by law or these Terms.
- Deep cleans, move-in/move-out, interior appliances, inside cabinets, garages, patios, laundry, and organization are add-ons billed separately if offered.
4. Non-Toxic Products, Supplies, and Surface Care
- We use non-toxic, low-odor cleaning products and our own equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not use bleach, ammonia, or chlorine-based solvents.
- Some stains, residues, or odors may be impossible to remove using non-toxic methods. We will not escalate to harsher chemicals.
- You must notify us in advance of special surface requirements (e.g., natural stone, unfinished wood, specialty finishes, lacquered or antique items). We are not responsible for damage arising from undisclosed or unusual surface sensitivities.
5. Your Responsibilities (Access, Preparation, Utilities, Pets)
- Provide safe, lawful access; functioning electricity and water; and a reasonably tidy space so we can clean surfaces efficiently.
- Secure valuables and fragile items. We do not handle cash, firearms, collectible coins/stamps, or heirloom/antique items unless you give written instructions and we accept in writing.
- Please crate or secure pets during service and disclose any pet sensitivities. We do not clean animal waste, litter boxes, or biohazard material.
6. Scheduling, Arrival Window, Cancellations, and Lockouts
- We provide an estimated arrival window (e.g., 1–2 hours) to account for traffic and job variability.
- You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment without fee.
- Late cancellation/reschedule: If less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price (minimum $75) may apply.
- Lockout/no access on arrival: a fee up to 75% of the scheduled service price may apply.
- Skipping a recurring visit may result in your price reverting to the one-time rate at the next visit due to added build-up.
7. Payment, Holds, and Late Fees
- Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may place a temporary authorization hold on your card before service.
- We accept major cards and other methods we specify. Tips are optional and appreciated.
- Unpaid balances may incur the lesser of 1.5% per month or $15 per month where permitted by law. Returned payments may incur a $35 fee or the maximum allowed by law.
- You agree not to file chargebacks without first giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue in good faith.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee and How to Report Issues
- If we miss something within the agreed scope, notify us at ecoisyour@gmail.com with photos within 24 hours of service. We will arrange a targeted re-clean of the missed area(s) as our sole obligation.
- The guarantee does not apply to hourly/time-capped bookings, items or areas not included in the scope, buildup or damage that cannot be remedied with non-toxic products, or conditions arising after we leave.
- Refunds are not provided unless required by law; our remedy is a re-clean of missed areas.
9. Damage, Breakage, and Claim Limits
- Report alleged damage or breakage within 24 hours of service and before further cleaning or repair. We may inspect and request photos or estimates.
- We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, inherent defects, unstable items, or damage to items that were not properly installed or secured (e.g., artwork, mirrors, curtain rods, blinds, loose shelves/fixtures).
- Exclusions include: cash, jewelry, collectibles, fine art, antiques, one-of-a-kind items, electronics data, and intangible or consequential losses.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service giving rise to the claim.
10. Health, Safety, and Refusals
- We reserve the right to decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, unsanitary, or beyond our scope (e.g., pests, mold, biohazards, drug paraphernalia, aggressive animals).
- We do not move large/heavy furniture or appliances (generally over 40 lbs), stand on tall ladders, or perform tasks that create undue risk.
11. Recurring Plans and Holiday Adjustments
- Recurring discounts (if any) apply only when visits occur on the agreed cadence. Skipped or significantly delayed visits may revert to one-time pricing.
- Holiday schedules may shift; we will coordinate an alternate date when possible.
12. No-Solicitation of Staff
- You agree not to directly hire or solicit our staff or contractors for cleaning services outside of Orlando Non-Toxic Safe Cleaners for 12 months after their last service at your location. If you do so, you agree to pay a reasonable referral fee of $2,500 or 25% of the first year’s compensation for that individual, whichever is greater, as a genuine estimate of recruitment/training costs.
13. Accounts, Communications, and Electronic Consent
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.
- By contacting us or booking, you consent to receive service-related emails and, if you provide a mobile number, texts (standard rates apply). You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
14. Website Use and Intellectual Property
- Website content (text, logos, graphics, photos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit it without our written permission.
- You may not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with functionality, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- You may post reviews or feedback where available; you grant us a nonexclusive license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
15. Photos for Quality Control
- With your knowledge, our team may capture limited before/after photos of areas serviced for quality control and proof of work. We do not publish photos for marketing without your separate consent and we avoid capturing personally sensitive information where reasonably possible.
16. Gift Cards, Promotions, and Referral Credits
- If offered, gift cards and promotional credits are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to expiration or additional terms posted at the time of issue.
17. Privacy
- Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy available on our website. By using the Services, you acknowledge that policy.
18. Insurance
- We maintain business insurance appropriate for our operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
19. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, accidents, public emergencies, supply interruptions, labor issues, or utility outages).
20. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Governing Law
- Informal resolution: Contact ecoisyour@gmail.com to try to resolve any dispute within 30 days.
- Binding arbitration and class action waiver: Except for small-claims matters, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law. You and we waive jury trial rights. You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of your first use of the Services by emailing ecoisyour@gmail.com with subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your name, service address, and the date of your first booking.
- Governing law and venue: Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflicts principles. Subject to the arbitration clause, courts located in Orange County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction for any permitted litigation.
21. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on our website with the “Last updated” date revised. Your continued use of the Services after changes post constitutes acceptance.
22. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor.
- No waiver: A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
- Entire agreement: These Terms and any policies referenced (including the Privacy Policy and any written service order/quote) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
